The RippleX Founder Fellowship is tailored to assist student entrepreneurs in transforming their startup ideas into viable B2B software companies. This fully remote program caters to student founders, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, and provides the tools and resources necessary to navigate the challenges of starting and scaling a company. Participants join a cohort of up to 10 companies, allowing for a personalized and hands-on experience. Over the 6-month period, fellows gain access to Ripple Ventures’ playbooks, expert advice, and mentorship from experienced industry leaders. They also participate in weekly workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, and tailored milestone planning to ensure measurable progress. The program’s comprehensive curriculum covers customer discovery, market validation, product development, and securing initial revenue. Founders also benefit from Ripple Ventures’ extensive network of customers, investors, and business advisors. By the end of the program, participants will have developed strong foundations in key business areas, preparing them to raise venture funding and generate traction.
