Overview of the Workforce Development Program program:

Administered by the Province of Manitoba, this program supports companies in assessing their human resource management needs and developing comprehensive training and development plans. It offers direct services, connects businesses with relevant resources, and provides funding for training and HR development activities. The program primarily targets small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) but is also available to larger companies, especially those in competitive markets requiring innovation and new product development
