Administered by the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Centre (SBEC) and funded by the Government of Ontario, the Starter Company Plus Program is designed to support entrepreneurs aged 18 and older who are starting, expanding, or purchasing a small business in Windsor-Essex. This competitive program provides a combination of business education, individualized coaching, and access to a non-repayable grant of up to $5,000. Participants receive hands-on training in business planning, marketing, sales, operations, and financial forecasting.
