Examples of qualified organizations and programs include health and wellness initiatives, educational programs, environmental conservation efforts, cultural organizations, skills and trades training, and youth leadership programs.

Eligibility criteria of the COMMUNITY INVESTMENT FUND program:
  • To be eligible for this grant, organizations must:
  • Be a registered non-profit or charitable organization.
  • Operate in Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon, or Winnipeg.
  • Align with FCL's community investment priorities.
  • Request funding between $500 and $10,000.
  • Ineligible projects include those affiliated with religious or political organizations, sports-related events, marketing sponsorships, projects outside the specified cities, capital funding requests, third-party fundraising, and requests over $10,000.
