The Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Program (EDP) offers business services to people with disabilities or health conditions interested in starting a business in rural Manitoba. This program is open to anyone with a viable business idea who has a disability or a health condition.

Benefits of the Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Program (EDP) program:
  • Access to Repayable Loans for Viable Businesses:
  • Community Futures organizations are a source for small and medium sized business loans.
  • Capacity Building Grants for CF offices:
  • The Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Program invites Community Futures offices annually to submit proposals for EDP Capacity Building Projects that will increase the participation of individuals with health conditions or disabilities in entrepreneurship in their regions. The EDP Capacity Building Projects are also an opportunity for CF offices to work together and to partner with local community organizations and service providers to pool their talents to achieve their project goals.
