- Non-profit arts organizations and collectives based in Saskatchewan.
- Organizations must be incorporated as non-profits or registered charities.
- Funding Categories:
- Annual Festivals: For festivals occurring annually, providing consistent programming and community engagement.
- Project Festivals: For one-time or less frequent events that offer unique cultural experiences.
