The Alberta Innovates Health Team is thrilled to announce the Health Innovation Awards, in recognition of deserving nominees shaping the digital health innovation landscape in Alberta in 6 categories: Up and Coming Talent, Trailblazing Researcher, Outstanding Health Company, Health System Innovation Champion, Catalyst for Health Innovation Award, and Alberta Health Data Innovation Award.

Eligibility criteria of the Alberta Innovates Health Innovation Awards program:

• Consider the following guidelines when developing your nomination:
• Describe the nominees contributions to the advancement of health innovation in Alberta;
• Describe how the nominee has demonstrated leadership in their respective domain;
• Describe the nominees impact, value, and tangible benefits to advancing health innovation in the province;
• Describe the nominees commitment to excellence in advancing health innovation;
• Any other information that supports this nomination;
• 2 Letters of Support (required for submission)
