The program includes access to a vast library of templates, images, and design tools, facilitating the creation of engaging materials such as social media graphics, presentations, and reports. By leveraging these resources, nonprofits can enhance their visual storytelling and broaden their impact.

Eligibility criteria of the Canva for Nonprofits Grant program:
  • To be eligible, organizations must:
  • Be recognized as a charitable or nonprofit entity by the local regulator in their country of registration.
  • Operate on a not-for-profit basis.
  • Serve the public benefit.
  • Registered as a (i) Charity with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), (ii) Nonprofit operating entity with tax exemption, (iii) Federal nonprofit corporation (iv) Provincial nonprofit.
  • Ineligible organizations include those involved in legislative or political activities, governmental entities, educational institutions (such as K-12 schools and universities), professional sports, financial services, business development, professional organizations and societies, job training, mutual organizations, fraternities or sororities, and employee or membership benefit organizations.
