  • Preference is given to SMEs with:
  • At least 15 full-time employees.
  • Demonstrated commercialization of products domestically or internationally.
  • Annual revenue exceeding $500,000 CAD.
  • For the Consortium:
  • Must include at least one Canadian SME and one partner from a Eureka member country.
  • Partners must be independent entities (not subsidiaries or affiliates).
  • Should have a commercialization strategy and clear IP ownership agreements.
  • For the Project:
  • Must focus on co-developing, validating, or adapting innovative solutions for civilian use.
  • Should achieve measurable outcomes within 2-3 years after completion.
  • Require balanced contributions from all partners, with no single partner contributing more than 70% of the work.
