TAP provides funding for short-term training courses that are not eligible for other financial assistance programs. The program focuses on: Skill Development: Enabling participants to acquire specific skills required for employment. Employment Readiness: Assisting individuals in becoming job-ready through targeted training. Community Engagement: Supporting training that meets the labor market needs of Nunavut communities. Eligible training may include certifications, workshops, or courses that directly contribute to employment opportunities.
