Over a 9-month period, selected companies engage with CDL’s global network of mentors including experienced biotech founders, operators, pharmaceutical executives, angel investors, and venture capitalists. They receive strategic guidance tailored to their technical, regulatory, and business challenges. Companies are expected to identify key objectives at each program session and work toward eliminating critical risks before the next. This milestone-driven process ensures only the highest-potential companies remain in the program. CDL’s non-dilutive model—no fees and no equity taken—offers immense value, particularly for science-heavy startups navigating long and expensive development timelines. In addition to business mentorship, CDL’s Advanced Therapies stream provides access to scientific advisors from leading academic institutions and R&D-intensive companies.
