GTAN provides dynamic early-stage companies and entrepreneurs with valuable mentorship and access to capital networks in order to facilitate learning, networking, and growth. GTAN helps accelerate companies into becoming market leaders in their industry by bringing together investment, experience and knowledge.

Eligibility criteria of the Golden Triangle Angel Network (GTAN) program:
  • Compelling teams with a vision for sector defining companies
  • Sector agnostic (yes we invest in hardware, bio, and medical)
  • Angel, pre-seed & seed stage rounds of $750k-$5MM (We have invested in larger and smaller rounds)
  • Minimum of $500k left on the round
  • B2B is preferred, but not exclusive
  • Software companies should be growing >20% MoM with a path to $250k annual revenue or more.
  • Hardware/Deep-tech/Medical startups require MVP with compelling growth path.
  • Typically a minimum cheque size of $25k
  • Canadian tech companies (Canadian operations with with a US corp is OK)
  • Ready for due diligence at time of application
