Nventure provides alternative lending solutions (up to $250,000) for small and medium-size enterprises located in Northumberland, for business start up, stabilization and expansion. Nventure loans are competitive, flexible and affordable.

Benefits of the Community Futures Program program:
  • Loans up to $250,000
  • Interest rates starting at Prime +2% (and no more than Prime +5%)
  • Up to 60 month terms
Eligibility criteria of the Community Futures Program program:
  • The business must be located in Alderville First Nation or Northumberland County.
