  • Business Management Skills Development:

  • Recommend skills development to stimulate business growth.
  • Trade Assessment:
  • Address areas such as export readiness, new markets, marketing strategy, and product development.
  • Provide feedback on readiness, strategy development, and implementation.
  • Recommend measures for new trade opportunities or strategies.
  • Competitiveness Assessment:
  • Analyze capabilities and identify improvements in competitiveness.
  • Focus on skills training, productivity, new products/services, efficiency, innovation, and technology acquisition.
