  • Adults aged 18+, residing in Edmonton.
  • Youth may be included under exceptional circumstances, provided no suitable youth-specific programs are available.
  • Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and newcomers are prioritized, but temporary residents may also participate if the need is identified.
