Overview of the Business Planning Program program:

The YMCA Business Planning Program is committed to supporting entrepreneurs (ages 19+) as they engage in business plan development and improve their entrepreneurial literacy. The program is designed to help with ideation, business planning, resource allocation, networking, training, and professional development.

  • Access to one-on-one, personalized guidance through the business planning process from the programs business consultant.
  • Access to written and digital resources. Recourses are customized to fit the needs of the client in collaboration with the business consultant.
  • Access to training and networking sessions facilitated by industry professionals based on what clients want to learn.
