  • Privately Held Small Businesses:

  • Manitoba-Based Businesses:
  • The business must be headquartered in Manitoba and conduct the majority of its business activities within the province.
  • Growth-Oriented Companies:
  • Eligible businesses are generally those focused on growth and expansion. This includes companies looking to scale their operations, enter new markets, or develop new products or services.
  • Fewer than 100 Employees:
  • The business must have fewer than 100 full-time employees at the time of application.
