This 16-week program offers financial assistance to employers, helping them recruit and train young employees by partially covering their salaries.

Eligibility criteria of the Subsidy Program - "Mon avenir j'y vois 2.0" program:
  • Eligibility Criteria
  • For Youth:
  • Aged 16 to 30 years.
  • Available to work full-time (30-40 hours per week).
  • Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have valid Canadian refugee status.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Additional Eligibility: Youth hired within the last two months who meet the criteria can also be enrolled in the program.
