TD Propelling Black Entrepreneurship Program

In partnership with TD Canada, FACE presents its “TD Propelling Black Entrepreneurship Program” to offset the costs of obtaining professional business services for Black Business Owners.

Overview of the TD Propelling Black Entrepreneurship Program program:

Through this initiative, FACE aims to empower Black entrepreneurs by providing access to essential business documentation, including tax filings, financial statements, and business plans. These documents are often crucial when securing financing. Selected entrepreneurs will work closely with seasoned service professionals to ensure their business documentation is not only complete but also optimized to strengthen their financing prospects. FACE is a national and bilingual Black-led non-profit organization focused on providing resources and information to Black Businesses across Canada to accelerate wealth creation for Canadians of African descent.

Benefits of the TD Propelling Black Entrepreneurship Program program:
  • Eligible business owners can receive a one-time grant of $2,500 to $5,000.
Eligibility criteria of the TD Propelling Black Entrepreneurship Program program:
  • Eligible businesses must
  • Operating in Canada for Five Years or Less
  • Identify as a Black-Owned Business.
  • Registered with the Canadian Business Registry
  • In need of Business Plan, Financial Statements, and/or Tax Filing services.
  • Have a business owner who is a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
