Overview of the Rhyze Up! Program program:

Rhyze® Up! is an advanced growth and scale-up program designed specifically for women and nonbinary entrepreneurs who lead Canadian businesses. The program builds on the success of Boundless Accelerator's award-winning Rhyze® programming, addressing the systemic barriers and unique challenges faced by women and nonbinary individuals in scaling their businesses. The program is divided into distinct phases to maximize growth potential: Discovery Phase: Up to 15 hours of mentorship, fully funded, to help participants assess their current business situation and identify key opportunities for scaling. Traction Phase: Financial support and expert guidance to implement specific growth-focused projects. Participants benefit from one-on-one leadership coaching to strengthen their capabilities, access tailored educational resources to support their growth journey, and collaborate with industry specialists on high-impact projects. The program is inclusive, recognizing gender diversity and prioritizing equity, diversity, and inclusion. Companies must meet specific eligibility requirements, including minimum revenue thresholds and a willingness to scale beyond local operations. By combining funding, mentorship, and coaching, Rhyze® Up! equips participants with the tools, confidence, and resources needed to overcome growth challenges and achieve long-term success in competitive markets. Funding Amount: Discovery Phase: Participants receive fully funded mentorship valued at over $2,000. Traction Phase: Participants receive a $5,000 subsidy for business project implementation, requiring a client contribution of $1,400. The total support ranges from $5,000 to $10,000, depending on the level of services accessed during the program.
