ONEX

As an active owner, ONEX is specifically focused on: cost reduction and operational restructurings; platforms for add-on acquisitions; and carve-outs of subsidiaries and mission-critical supply divisions from multinational corporations.
  • ONEX Private Equity
Overview of the ONEX program:

The purpose is to invest wisely and help grow the businesses of the future. By investing our own capital and the capital of our investment partners from around the world, including public and private pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, foundations, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, we help investors achieve their financial goals for the benefit of their clients, beneficiaries, families, and communities. We recognize that investors, employees, and other stakeholders are increasingly prioritizing environmental social, and governance (“ESG”) issues, including those related to climate change, which is changing the way they invest and their choice of employers. Investing wisely means that we consider these changing priorities in our investment decisions and in how we manage our firm. Our approach to responsible investment is reflected in our firm’s values: Collaboration We act as partners and work together to address our challenges and share our successes. Diversity We seek input from all corners, without regard to hierarchy or background. The best ideas must win. Entrepreneurship We are creative, tenacious, and resilient. We play to win. We compete vigorously but always ethically. Intellectual Honesty We pursue the truth no matter where it leads us. Ownership mentality We are fully accountable for our actions and results. Respect We treat others as we expect to be treated. Well being We invest in ourselves and our communities.
