Overview of the INNOVATOR PROGRAM - Growth Stream program:

The Growth Stream is a high-impact program designed for founders ready to scale. It provides the tools, knowledge, and network needed to expand globally, accelerate business growth, and refine investor readiness. Through tailored workshops, coaching, and curated pathways, participants build sustainable business infrastructure, enhance visibility, and gain access to exclusive opportunities via Nobellum’s partner network, driving both business success and leadership development.

  • Provides Executive in Residence mentorship from seasoned executives to support strategic growth.
  • Offers GTA co-working access through LAUFT for productivity and collaboration.
  • Grants entry to a 178,000 sq. ft. STEM facility with scientific support.
  • Delivers scale-up guidance with academic partners in planning and operations.
  • Connects founders to technical development tracks and toolkits through Node.
  • Provides PR and media training with CityTv News for brand visibility.
  • Hosts a professionally produced Demo Day for investor and partner exposure.
  • Creates a pathway into the Black Innovation Zone (BIZ) and national networks.
  • Offers Procurement Canada training for government contracting readiness.
  • Provides IP support and guidance through partnership with IPON.
Eligibility criteria of the INNOVATOR PROGRAM - Growth Stream program:
  • To be admitted into the Growth Stream, ventures must:
  • Black-led, with at least one Black founder
  • Operate in a STEM-related industry
  • Have a company that is incorporated either federally or provincially in Canada
  • In addition, ventures must meet one or more of the following financial thresholds:
    • Generate over $100,000 CAD in annual sales revenue, or
    • Own intellectual property (IP) plus company valuation is over $3 million CAD
