The program is guided by the Youth Advisory Council (YAC), comprising individuals aged 13 to 25, who review applications and recommend grants for approval. The program includes funds designated for projects within Saskatoon and others that can be allocated throughout Saskatchewan, promoting a broad impact across the province.
