Overview of the Creavenir program:

This program, offered jointly with Desjardins, is intended for entrepreneurs aged 35 or less and who are just starting out. The financing granted under the Créavenir program must be combined with a loan from the Fonds PME MTL.

Benefits of the Creavenir program:
  • A line of credit of up to $15,000 at prime + 0.5%, for a five-year period.
  • If necessary, a grant of up to $5,000, which can be used as leverage for obtaining financing from other sources.
Eligibility criteria of the Creavenir program:
  • To be eligible for a loan and subsidy, you must:
  • Both reside and launch your business on Montreal Island
  • Be at the launch phase or have operated a business for less than 3 years
  • Be aged 35 or less
  • Be a member of a participating Desjardins caisse or prepared to join one
  • The financial aid received must be used as leverage to access other sources of financing
